The Leicester Serene Reflection Meditation Group now meets on Wednesdays from 7.30 until about 9.30. at the Turning Wheel Buddhist Temple, 51 Lamborne Road, Leicester, LE2 6HQ.

The meeting takes the form of a miniature retreat at which a typical programme is as follows:

Evening Service

Sitting meditation

Walking meditation

Sitting meditation

Tea and Dharma/ discussion about the practice

The group is supported by Rev. Aiden Hall, a senior monk of the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives, who lives at the above address and can be contacted on 0116 210 3870.

Members of the group also join with other activities on the Turning Wheel Buddhist Temple’s schedule and organises meetings at the homes of group members and other events from time to time.
